DJ Adams is a two-time International Impact Book Awards winner. Originally from Boston, Massachusetts, she has a Bachelor's in Human Development and Family Studies from the University of Rhode Island, and an MBA in Business Administration with a concentration on Human Resources Management and Finance from Walden University where she graduated cum laude. After starting in office management, she embarked upon a career as a writer, entrepreneur, and real estate agent. With her daughter by her side, she received the Outstanding Contributor's Award presented by the Providence Civic Center, (also known as the Amica Mutual Pavilion) for her production of the Higher Praise Convention, an initiative to fortify families who lived in surrounding communities of the State of Rhode Island. To date, DJ Adams has 10 impactful books under her belt, eight of which have been retired. However, she is moving full speed ahead with many more genres on the horizon such as romance, fiction, and children's books. She combines personal experience with extensive research, detailing traits common to our present behaviors which stem from an imbalanced childhood. Without placing blame, she reveals the impact of past failures and provides a biblically based resolution to inner conflicts.
She now lives on the outskirts of Atlanta, Georgia where she is working on her next series of publications, book signings, and running her real estate business.
