In 1980 Vefa Alexiadou self-published her first cookbook in her native Greece, and the rest, as they say, is history. Her books are perennial bestsellers in her country. Since 1990 she has appeared daily on Greek Antenna TV's most popular morning talk show which is now seen in North America by satellite.Many of the delectables unveiled here are traditionally served at weddings or religious holidays.
