Kathleen started writing when she was eight years old and self-published her first book of poems. She has two other published books, one a young adult novel entitled Witch Hunter and one a collection of short stories entitled Please to See the King: Stories from the Ballads of England. She has a children's book called Calliope Cat. She has published in various publications including Boston Literary, flashesinthedark.com, the 34th Parallel, The Rose and Thorn eZine, Cardinal Sins, The Offbeat, Ann Arbor Observer, Six Sentences, Tea A Magazine and Calliope. She has a Master's in Children's Literature with an emphasis in creative writing for Young Adults. She loves all things Celtic and is proud of her Irish heritage.
