This initiative from Bards and Sages Publishing seeks to highlight the best stories being produced both by independent authors and our fellow small press publishers. We hope to bring readers an annual celebration of the amazing work being produced in the indie publishing community. In volume four, we present eighteen amazing speculative tales selected from the hundreds submitted.
