In this humorous jacketed hardcover picture book for children ages 3-7, the animal kingdom is filled with curious creatures--but the stariest of starers turns out to be someone very unexpected! This quirky, rhyming journey through the animal kingdom begins with an omniscient narrator posing the question, "Have you ever been stared at by a big brown bear?" Readers turn the bright, colorful pages to come face-to-face with a yeti eating spaghetti, pandas on their verandas, gazing gazelles, and a frowning frog on a log. Surely, the narrator concludes, the animal with the most intense stare is indeed the big brown bear--but what do the animals think? Features two neon Pantone inks on the cover and throughout the interiors!.
