Surf's up! Clarence has never been surfing before, so he joins Mr. Dent the surf wagon and his cat, Throttle, for a day at the beach. Mr. Dent thinks Throttle loves to catch waves, but Throttle doesn't look too happy when he is sent out on the surf board all alone.
