Marie-Nathalie Beaudoin, Ph.D., is currently the Training Director for Bay Area Family Therapy & Training Associates (BAFTTA) and an adjunct professor John F. Kennedy University and the Hincks Dellcrest Institute in Toronto, Canada. BAFTTA is a world re-known training center for narrative therapy pioneered by Michael White and David Epston, with whom Dr. Beaudoin has personally trained. As Training Director, she currently supervises the counseling work of doctoral interns in two school districts. The recipient of numerous research scholarships and awards, Dr.
Beaudoin is the author of 16 articles and 4 books, as well as a board member for the prestigious Journal of Systemic Therapies (Guilford Press). Her first book, Working with Groups to Enhance Relationships (Whole Person Associates, 1998), was greatly influenced by her expertise in teaching improvisation and creativity, a knowledge base that informs the proposed book. In 1999, she developed a unique anti-bullying program for schools, reconnecting with her old interest in violence prevention, which was the subject of her dissertation. Dr. Beaudoin has also previous published two books with Corwin, Creating a Positive School Culture: How Principals and Teachers Can Solve Problems Together (LOE: 2,916 units, $74,850) and Responding to the Culture of Bullying and Disrespect: New Perspectives on Collaboration, Compassion, and Responsibility, which is currently in its second edition. Both editions of Responding to Culture of Bullying and Disrespect combined have sold well both in the US and abroad (combined LOEs: 8,144 units, $186,100). In 2010, Dr. Beaudoin published a parenting book, The SKiLL-ionaire in Every Child: Boosting Childrens Socio-Emotional Intelligence Using the Latest in Brain Research, which has received a lot of international attention.

In the past six month, she has presented these ideas in the USA, Canada, and Brazil. She has been invited to speak in Vancouver, Canada in May 2012, in Oslo, Norway, and Copenhagen, Denmark in June 2012, and Australia in November 2012.
Her presentations will include material from The SKiLL-ionaire in every child and the proposed book for educators, building a marketing plan for this proposed book.
