Ashakarahad, a demon bound into slavery and searching for freedom, finds herself in a nameless town at the center of a seemingly endless swamp. But when a young witch accidentally shatters an ancient standing stone, the town is thrown into chaos as an army of the dead rises from the swamp and threatens them all.
