Mother of 5 children, grandmother of 11. Hold BFA in Interior Design from Syracuse University. When one of my children developed severe learning problems, went back to school and earned M.A. in Learning Disabilities, then went on to be permanently certified in 5 areas: Special Education, Learning Disabilities, Art, School Administration,and School District Administration. Founding Board Member of NYS Head Injury Association. Own and operate Diagnostic Learning Center, which diagnoses and remediates learning problems in upstate NY. Wrote this book to help the many children and adults who are bright, but struggling to learn.
