Kerry E.B. Black writes from a crowded, buttery colored cottage situated on the edge of a swamp outside of the city of Steel and Romero's Dead. Her collection of short scares, Herd of Nightmares won the 2020 TAZ Award. Her debut Young Adult novel Awakening at Equinox was a TAZ finalist in 2021, and her poetry collection Poetic Nightmares was a TAZ finalist in 2023. Kerry's a member of the HWA, Wily Writers, Nomadic Wordsters, and the College of Rough Writers. When she's not writing or trying to keep the house from slipping into the swamp, Kerry enjoys outings with her family and friends, travel, good food, taking tea, and of course reading all she can. This married mother of five (with two still at home; the rest have grown and spread their proverbial wings) is owned by three furry felines, Poe, Hemingway, and P.
D. James, and she spends most of her Friday nights playing board games with her clever kiddos. Please follow the author's social media for updates:https://www.facebook.com/authorKerryE.B.Black/https://twitter.com/BlackKerryblickhttps://www.
