This book is a companion text that covers first-year algebra for high schoolers. There are six accompanying learning guides, which are Parts 1-6, covering the basic rules of algebra through, representing equations in graphical form, functions and their use, solving "systems" of equations, working with variables with exponents, units of measurement, using exponents that are fractions and scientific notation.
