Carol Bowen has a B.A. in Studio Art from Mount Holyoke College, an M.F.A. in Painting from Tulane University and an M.A.T.

in Art Education from Rhode Island College. Bowen has taught Painting and Color Theory for more than thirty years at colleges, schools and museums. She lives and exhibits her art in Manhattan.
