I personally use this one. It's very basic and right up my street. Why? Because I'm 48 and don't push myself that hard anymore. Im not after gains, I just want to know the jobs done! I know my routine so I pre-fell the pages with my exercises. I always do the same number of reps and use the same weight - I love the gym and just want to keep my muscles toned. I enjoy the feeling of ticking off another set done. This is a great Gym Diary for us older guys who love to be organised.
