Gracie and JJ, leaders of the R-Group and CATS team, believe Mateo is back in business taking advantage of migrants who want to cross into the U.S. They find evidence of a change in the business model to leverage cryptocurrency. Mateo's brother Julian, living in the Caribbean is trying to help with Mateo's business operations. He has his own agenda which he keeps close to the vest. Marian and Brayson work to put a dent in the Mexican cartel's operations and save some young teens from being exploited.
