This agreement covers the July 2019 to June 2022 timeframe. Agreement ratified September, 2019.This agreement covers the terms and conditions negotiated for faculty at FSU. Covering promotions, academic freedom, tenure, appointments, discipline, faculty rights and duties. This agreement negotiated between the parties in compliance with the procedures set by the Florida Constitution, Florida Statutes and the Florida Public Employee Relations Commission.
