ABOUT CHRISTOPHER BUXTONBorn into a theatrical family, Christopher Buxton graduated English and American Literature and then worked as a teacher and lecturer in the UK, Portugal, Norway and Bulgaria. A speaker of French and Latin he is also fluent in Norwegian and Bulgarian.He is a novelist and translator, happy to acknowledge his passionate affair with Bulgaria, which began with his three year stint as a teacher there from 1977. He has also translated significant extracts from classic and contemporary Bulgarian fiction writers and poets.
