Danny Care is an England Rugby legend; he's a Harlequins one as well. He has won three Six Nations Championships plus a Grand Slam. Added to that, he's secured two Premiership titles for his club- not bad for a kid growing up in Leeds whose ambition was to play football for a living. It's hard to believe that Danny only turned to rugby union when he was 15, after being told by Sheffield Wednesday he was too small to be a footballer. Feeling overlooked by the club, he went on a lads and dads rugby tour where something clicked into place and became his driving force - the sheer bloody fun of playing a game you love with your mates. When his team made it to a school's cup final and he got his first taste of playing at Twickenham at 17 years old, Danny knew he wanted to be back at that stadium playing in an England shirt no matter what it took. Against the odds, his immense talent as a number nine and a lot of hard graft took this Yorkshire boy on his way to fulfilling those wild childhood dreams.
