Raymond L. Carr Jr., is currently incarcerated serving a life sentence since the age of 19 years old. He abandoned a wealth of guidance and allowed an abnormal culture of negative behavior to take root. Where he regarded jail and prison as an occupational as street credibility which caused him to live as a predator in his community. He made the horrible decision to victimize people which lead to his incarceration, where he became part of what we call, "Mass Incarceration." Raymond is now 43 years old, with 24 plus years of incarceration, he works to galvanize the minds of our young people and encourage positive and productive behavior in meaningful ways. That will allow young people to enhance their growth and development in building moral character.
Raymond's aim is to present programs and projects that develop Human Potential, produce New Thinking and Renewal of the Mind. Raymond has assisted in raising funds for displaced women and children and has been trained in: Childhood Development, Mediation (Conflict Resolution), Youth Deterrent (helping at risk youth), Leadership Development, and Greif Counseling.
