A race of individuals born with a genetic marker are caught in the heart of a radioactive explosion. Soon, after, they develop strange abilities and are labeled a threat to National Security by the Federal authorities. Now, wanted and on the run, they are determined to prove they are not enemies of the State. IN their heroic efforts to protect themselves, they begin to learn more about their abilities. They also discover there are others like them.
