Hiztory Bookz Presents : The Creation of the Black Wall Street
In the early 1900s, Tulsa, Oklahoma, was a city divided by race. But in the Greenwood District, a dream was taking root. African ¿Americans, many of whom had fled the oppressive Jim Crow South, saw an opportunity to build something extraordinary. They envisioned a community where Black excellence could thrive-a place where they could own businesses, educate their children, and live with dignity. This dream would become known as "Black Wall Street.".
