A series of six guides to "Reading the Bible from the Center" -- from Genesis through Revelation, which builds on the content of Bible 101: God's Story in Human History, with a focus on the canonical process in ancient Israel and the early Christian Church. Each of these six books is designed as the text for a five or six week course of study. The course as a whole is intended to be the equivalent of a standard undergraduate course in "Bible Survey -- Old and New Testament). The approach focuses attention on the content of the Bible in terms of its literary structure. The goal is to enable the student to achieve fluency in the use of the Bible (Old and new Testament). Lessons include numerous diagrams, outlines, concept checks (with answers), and study questions for individual or group study.
