Life in Corley seems to be going fine for Victorie. That is, until her cousin, Audrey discovers the government is an oligarchy. She, along with Audrey and her friend Lynne, must find the clues that will shut the government down. Victorie needs to find the courage to lead friends she has known her entire life, as well as some new ones she has met along the way. With the government chasing them done, will Victorie be able to find the last clues?.
