Perfect holiday read This is just what I needed . I absolutely loved every second of this amazing book . If your looking for a fun, sexy, feel good romance that will grab onto all your emotions then this is the perfect book . I read so many dark romances that it was a welcome change to have a smile on my face throughout the entire book Good romance with action Hiding from Christmas: Hiding from the past in Mexico & finding a present 4.5 stars I loved the plot and the two main characters, Joe and Ellle. Elle literally stumbles into Joe's hideaway. She's escaping the aftermath of a sudden break-up, he's basically a hermit hiding from a dangerous enemy and his grief. There's steam and emotional connection as well as action adventure, even danger with guns, all set in the Puerto Vallarta area over the Christmas holidays.

I was expecting a short story or short novella but got much more. Does what happens in Mexico, stay in Mexico? Great story. Elle feels she is a misfit and a family of overachievers. She recently broke up with Austin, her boyfriend of four years and fiancé for two years, by him sending her an email. Instead of spending Christmas with her family, her mother and her decided Elle would spend it with her Aunt Muriel. Trouble ensues when she finds a perfect cove, after clambering over some rocks, on the beach; has a good day; can't get back the way she came; trespasses on property by a jungle and runs into the gruff owner, "Jose". You have to read this book to find out who "Jose" is and what happens. Will Elle get hurt or kidnapped? Is "Jose" a pirate or some other bad man or is he a good person? Go get this enjoyable, exciting read! Unique Romance Hiding From Christmas is a fantastic and unique romance filled with fun, emotion, suspense, danger, and steamy chemistry.

It is the first book in the Off The Grid Christmas Series which features Elle, a librarian who teaches literacy to elementary school students who decides to spend Christmas with her aunt on a Mexican coast since she was recently dumped by her fiancée, and Joe, a reclusive CEO who lives also lives in an isolated Mexican habitant on the coast due to his mysterious past. They meet when Elle trespasses on his property and falls striking her head when she is confronted by Joe. I highly recommend this superb romantic suspense. Hiding From Christmas: Off-the-Grid Christmas This is the story of two people who find love while batting anxiety, heartbreak, and deep emotional pain. One is in seclusion due to a broken relationship and the other one from tragedy and self imprisonment. It's a well written book with tons of emotions, suspense and danger. The author had me glued to the pages right to the end as she delivers an entertaining story.
