Lisa Clough has written books novels and picture books, but this is her first foray into the world of early readers. Her work has won awards from Child Magazine , Parent's Choice , Bank Street , Raising Readers , and Entertainment Weekly . She spends her summers in Portland, Maine, and her winters in Clayton, New Jersey, where she's an assistant professor at Rowan University.
