Elaine is the author of Texas Haunted Forts, Louisiana Haunted Forts, Texas Frontier Foods, Fat Fannies Fudge Factory and two biographies, Walt Rambo: Texas Style Bits and Spurs, and Carl Hall Bits and Spurs: I Did It My Way. She began writing at the young age of ten and hasn't stopped yet.
