In 2021, he was named professional discipline 'junior of the year' by Chambers and Partners. He is also a contributing author to the forthcoming edition of Police Misconduct, Complaints and Public Regulation, to be published by Oxford University Press. Andy Cox is a Detective Chief Superintendent with Northamptonshire Police, serving as Head of Crime. He is a former founder and Chair of the National Collision Board and a nationally recognised expert in fatal and serious collision investigation. Previously, he led Vision Zero, road death, and transport crime investigation within the Metropolitan Police Service. Andy is a passionate and prominent advocate for road danger reduction and holds a Master's degree in Criminology and Leadership from the University of Cambridge. Paul Connor Cert Ed (FE), PG Cert (ODE), LLB is a Police Training Consultant, teaching law to over 40,000 candidates since 2002.
