Samuel E. Coryell, CEO of TLC Properties was a college music professor for 30 years before he co-founded the company in I988. TLC began with a single rental house and has grown to encompass 14 apartment communities and over 2500 units. Sam considers his overarching task to paint the big picture and provide the vision for the development of TLC. He and his wife, Carol, have three sons who are an integral part in the success of the business.
