A delightful fairy tale about a young girl with vision problems. Ann thinks the lights in the trees might be fairies, but due to her eyesight she's not sure. As she watches them night after night she begins to become convinced they are fairies and not just reflections of the moon as her mother told her. While Ann is watching the fairies one of the fairies is watching Ann and is wanting to meet her and maybe more. The fairy, Drucila, knows she cannot do that without asking the permission of the Fairy Queen, something most fairies are afraid to do. After much persuasion, the Queen agrees. What happens next makes both Drucila and Ann very happy. A delightful tale to be read by parents to their children or to be read by more advanced readers.
Dr. B.J. Rakow, Ph. D. calls it the most delightful fairy tale she has ever read.
