Toby the Turtle lives in a quaint little world where turtles thrive until one day Toby faces many obstacles to cross a busy highway. He is determined to make it to the other side and explore life there. When he finally makes it, he determines it is no different from the world he lives in back home. His parents scolded him for leaving, but his community celebrated his return home.
