Angie Cservak is a Texas resident, born and raised, who grew up in Austin and spent many years there before settling into the quiet rural countryside she now calls home. A children's book author and creator of the Donkey Gene series, Angie draws inspiration from her real-life experiences on the farm and the animals who have shaped her journey. With over 30 years in the medical field, Angie has always been passionate about helping others - a calling that naturally extends into her storytelling. Her books reflect compassion, friendship, and the beauty found in simple, meaningful moments. Angie is also a dedicated supporter of Blue Moon Sanctuary in Georgetown and believes strongly in animal rescue and advocacy. Through her stories, she hopes to encourage kindness toward both people and animals, and to create books families can return to again and again.
