The process of growing up can be an allusive task. Is there any way to bypass the pain of life’s lessons and still gain in wisdom? Wisdom or adulthood” cannot be measured by age, rather by experience and knowledge. You can be wise beyond your years based on exposure to a wide variety of experiences, but true wisdom can’t be passed down from generation to generation, nor can you gain it by researching the history of life. Everything that happens in your life is meant to contribute to your personal development. Through life events we are guided to our particular divine gifts and talents. Although it’s helpful to have someone there to help us, it is ultimately up to each of us to uncover and nourish these gifts. Learning to master our gifts and talents infuses us with the wisdom to execute proper discernment in all of our affairs.
