The final exam scan sheet is necessary to take the EI-graded final exam for this course. If the textbook you purchased did not come with a pre-packaged scan sheet, you may purchase it separately. You must be enrolled at a college or university that uses EI courses in order to purchase a scan sheet. The Educational Institute's academic certification is recognized by hospitality employers who know that students have mastered the competencies needed to be successful in a hospitality career. Students who pass EI's 100-question, multiple choice exam with a score of 70 percent or higher receive a course completion certificate backed by EI's 60 years' of hospitality education and training expertise. Students who pass the exam with a score of 90 percent or higher receive a certificate "with honors." The exam must be completed using the official EI scan sheet--photocopies and alternate scan sheets are not acceptable.
