In 2006 H. Densing received her degree in Elementary and Secondary School Education from the University Koblenz/Landau in Germany, with an emphasis in Pedagogy, Mathematics, and Philosophy. Before and during her university years, she worked as a tutor and teacher's assistant in several schools and with children of different age groups. She studied one semester abroad in Montreal, Canada, and obtained teaching experience at elementary schools in different countries. Through her experience, she came to discover that students can learn the same topic in completely different ways. Some children learn by reading and writing, others are visual learners, and some are auditory or kinesthetic learners. It was clear that she needed to design individualized, interest-oriented classes for the students to give them the chance to play an active part in the learning process and improve their memorization skills. Densing is a passionate teacher and author in the areas of educational and life skills intervention. She volunteers at schools and consults with teachers and parents worldwide. Her contributions to new learning materials demonstrate a commitment to academic innovation while enhancing the educational experiences for children with learning difficulties and disabilities, trying to help them reach their full potential.
