CRASH! While completing his last check-in of the boy he watches over, Tin the Elf crashes his mini sleigh on the roof of the boy's home. Now stranded and unable to report to Santa on the boy's good behavior, Tin seeks the help of the boy's loyal dog, Griffey, to get back to the North Pole before Santa begins his annual tradition. With only a few hours until Christmas Eve, Griffey and Tin embark on an epic journey to Santa's Workshop to inform Santa of the boy's good behavior throughout the year. During this journey, they meet friends both old and new while coming face to face with difficult moral decisions and their fears of failure. The long and tiresome journey they take leads Griffey and Tin to realize what Christmas truly means to them.
