Dr. Dorsey is an International Speaker, award winning and bestselling author, sits on several international boards, committees, commissions, etc. She has developed award-winning and sought-after programs/curriculum developed for underserved and underdeveloped youth.Dr.

Dorsey has an extensive background in sports from an athlete to a coach to a race director, to owning and operating an event production business. Some of Dorsey's athletic accomplishments includes but not limited to, playing Professional Women's Football for five years as a Wide Receiver and Running Back; becoming an Ironman, playing softball competitively and in college; serving as the Commission of the Co-Ed Softball League for 10 years and the list continues.With more than 30 years in leadership, sports, education and champion youth, Dr. Dorsey is a well-renowned expert across multiple industries. She continues to break barriers and open doors for other youth from inner city communities.
