Caroline Dow (Boulder, CO) holds a Ph.D. in Luso-Brazilian Studies, has taught literature and language at Brown, Pittsburgh, and Colorado universities, and worked for many years as an intercultural trainer and assessor. While living and working in countries around the world, Caroline has come to discover and appreciate how and why people from other cultures arrange their personal spaces. She also writes both nonfiction and fiction books, twenty of which have been published to date. Caroline makes her home in Boulder, Colorado, where she and her family enjoy remodeling their historic home. This sanctuary has received an award of merit from Historic Boulder and has been on the Boulder Historic Homes Tour. Additionally, Caroline has been a practicing herbalist for thirty years.
She owns a successful herbal mail order company and conducts popular workshops all over the country.
