About the Author Windy Dryden is Emeritus Professor of Psychotherapeutic Studies at Goldsmiths University of London and is in part-time independent and practice. His interests include helping people at the point of need and training therapists to offer single-session therapy. His latest interest is in microtherapy, in which the therapist offers 20-minute focused conversations to people in need.
