William Durbin ~ Soke of Kiyojute Ryu Kempo Bugei was asked by his students to relay the lectures he gave at the Hombu Dojo to the outlying instructors so that they could pass on the information about history, philosophy, principles, and other matters relating to the teaching of the martial arts.
