Errol Laborde is executive editor and publisher of New Orleans Magazine and Louisiana Life magazine. The winner of more than twenty-five New Orleans Press Club awards, Laborde is a three-time winner of the Alex Waller Award, the highest distinction given in print journalism by the Press Club. He received its Lifetime Achievement Award in 2016. In 2013, Laborde won a national award from the City and Regional Magazine Association when he took first place in the column-writing category. A producer and panelist on the award-winning public-television program Informed Sources, Laborde is the founding president and a board member of the Tennessee Williams & New Orleans Literary Festival.
