Tim Fisher from Surrey England is an award winning and widely respected pastry chef. He has won over 50 competition awards including over 30 medals at the British Open Cookery Championships and won the Dessert of The Year title in 2004. He graduated from Thames Valley University with a diploma in Advanced Patisserie studying under Professor John Huber. Tim has run pastry kitchens all over london and attended courses at both the National Bakery School in London and Switzerland.
