Robert "Bobby" Fitzgerald began working in customer service at age 14. He studied Culinary Arts and Management at Johnson & Wales University. By 1995 he was the youngest General Manager at Houston's Restaurants, Inc. In 1999 he co-founded Cinzzetti's Restaurant Corp. which today owns six locations under The White Chocolate Grill, Cinzzetti's and Lincoln Whiskey Kitchen brands. He is involved in every aspect of the management of the business which has over 500 employees and locations in Chicago, Denver, Kansas City and Phoenix serving over 25,000 customers a week. Taking the lessons he has learned and taught to his managers into the classroom, he began speaking at Universities in 2002 on the subject of management and hospitality careers. He has written dozens of articles on management and business for numerous outlets including Kiplinger.
