Kimberly Fletcher is the president and founder of Homemakers for America-a national, non-profit organization, specifically designed for women and their families, dedicated To The education and preservation of America's history, heritage and legacy.Kimberly is the wife of a United States Air Force officer And The mother of 8 children.On September 11, 2001, Kimberly's life was turned upside down when a 747 flew into the United States Pentagon where her husband was stationed. Later that day, when her husband returned home safely, Kimberly determined that she would do everything in her power to ensure that her children remained free. This determination led her to an intense study of American history and public policy and a desire to become actively involved in government and politics.Kimberly has made it her personal mission to educate and inspire the women of America on America's history and heritage and empower them to take an active role in their homes, communities And The nation to ensure that the legacy of freedom our Founders left us continues on To The next generation and for generations to come.In 2004 Kimberly founded Homemakers for America in the living room of her friend's home with a group of 26 women. In just 6 months, through grassroots efforts, The organization grew from 26 members in Dayton Ohio to a National membership in all 50 states.
Kimberly is an experienced grassroots activist who has volunteered thousands of hours of her time with several local, state, and national, candidate and public policy campaigns. She has helped to organize and is the Vice President of the Dayton Tea Party (the fourth largest in the nation) and has volunteered with three presidential candidates-including serving as the operations manager of a victory center in Dayton Ohio in the 2008 election.As an author, columnist and public speaker, Kimberly has been heard on numerous regional and national TV and radio programs including the Sean Hannity Show and her articles have appeared in several print and on-line publications including American Thinker and Worldnetdaily. Kimberly and her husband Derek live in Dayton Ohio with their children. Her husband is currently serving a tour of duty in Iraq.
