Claire Mooney is a Lecturer in Mathematics Education within the School of Education at the University of Southampton. Mary Briggs is an Associate Professor at the Institute of Education, University of Warwick where she teaches across a range of the Institutes undergraduate and postgraduate programmes. Mary was an Early Years, primary and SEN teacher for many years, including deputy and headship before working as an academic in the University sector. Mike Fletcher is a Lecturer in Mathematics Education at the Research and Graduate School of Education, University of Southampton. Alice Hansen is an educational consultant. Prior to this, Alice worked in higher education as a principal lecturer in mathematics education and as the programme leader for the Primary PgCE with QTS programme. She has worked in a wide range of primary schools in England and abroad. Alices research interests include early years and primary childrens mathematical thinking.

Judith McCullouch is a Senior Lecturer in Primary Mathematics Education and PGCE Programme Director at the University of Winchester.
