In the tradition of Shakespeare and Euripides, the grand-styled Western stage tragedy is back! Taking cues from the 'Theater of War' project, the 'Iliad', and local fables surrounding the 'Aenead', a completely original narrative is woven against the backdrop of mythical Bronze-Age life in an Italian city-state. Diomedes, an elderly, destitute Greek veteran of the Trojan War, happens upon a city founded by the survivors of Troy, which he had once butchered. After being captured and dragged to the city palace, Diomedes must confront the royal family and the mob outside the gate as they argue and act for his execution and he vies for freedom. In a story that delivers emotional fights for survival from the start, philosophical musings about justice, honor, and manhood, and revisits ancient Greek mythology as it merges into history -- every urge for classical drama, romance, action, court-drama, and mystery will be satisfied by the climactic and cathartic end.
