LIFERARY: THIS NEW BOOK PROMISES TO REVOLUTIONIZE WAY SOCIETY MEMORIALIZES LOVED ONES WHILE CHANGING CULTURE OF DEATH "LIFERARY: CELEBRATING LIFE" BY DR. NASSER GHAZVINI OFFERS SOLUTION TO PROBLEM THAT HAS PLAGUED MANKIND FOR 200,000 YEARS ARLINGTON, Va. - "Liferary: Celebrating Life" (ISBN 1484969960) by Dr. Nasser Ghazvini aims to change memorial procedures by offering a groundbreaking solution to a 200,000-year-old problem. According to the medical doctor, everything in life has been continuously improved and updated since the beginning of humanity - with the exception of the burial tradition. "Liferary" argues that the entire burial procedure creates far more problems than it solves and is an antiquated practice. From practical problems such as underground water contamination and land shortage to the more personal problems of psychological trauma and separation anxiety, the book looks at the entire span of the burial tradition to broach and ultimately eliminate the problems inherent with it. Creating a revolutionary new concept of what Ghazvini calls a "Liferary," the book envisions facilities meant to celebrate life and bring the memories of loved ones into our everyday lives.

Through the incorporation of memorial parks and planting trees fertilized with the ashes of loved ones, the proposed facilities offer a way to continue the lives of the lost rather than simply putting them in the ground. Created with a desire to make death a little more bearable, the book lays out an idea that has been hailed as an "ingenious solution for a serious problem" by Senator Janet Howell. By offering a new way to approach an age-old problem, the book urges an action that will not only ease the pain and psychological trauma of death but will also provide logistical solutions to this unheralded issue. The first of its kind, "Liferary" attempts to completely reimagine how we memorialize our loved ones while completely reinventing the uneasy and foreboding culture surrounding death. Striving to make the end of life a more tolerable and acceptable process, Ghazvini works toward a future where the life and achievements of people rule over death and mourning.
