I graduated Bishop O'Connell High school in 1989. I attended Northern Virgina Community College and worked various jobs for a time before poor health forced me to stop. I am no one extraordinary.I merely have a love of good fiction and or a good story. I have always wanted to write a novel since I was a child when I picked up J.R.R. Tolkien's The Lord of the Rings for the first time and soon after that Richard Adams' Watership Down and Frank Herbert's Dune series.

I in no way compare my work to theirs. I hope though readers will enjoy mine noting the inspiration from which it was derived. I have had this story in my head and archived in my computer for over twenty years. Looking at the duanting challenges that faced me in getting this published in the traditional way, I was so relieved when I discovered Amazon and CreateSpace. They made it so easy. I recommend this medium to any future writers.
