Sunny does NOT like birthdays. Sunny DOES like cake and candles and dancing and presents, but they really, REALLY don't like wearing a dress . and for some reason, everyone seems to think that birthday parties mean wearing dresses. Frilly, scratchy, shiny dresses - no thank you! And that's not all! Because wherever they go, Sunny finds that people expect them to wear clothes that just don't feel right . A tutu for the dance show. A skirt for Christmas day. A tiara for Tilly's princess tea party. When Sunny is invited to be a bridesmaid, they think it will be the worst day ever .

But then they meet Oliver, who understands exactly how Sunny feels. And together, the new friends hatch a plan that feels just right .
