Dr. Grossman's doctorate is in management of organizational leadership and his dissertation research was on the impact of emotionally difficult patients and families on charge nurses. He is a pediatric nursing expert whose professional life has been dedicated to building and developing nurses in clinical practice and leadership. He has worked in a variety of roles including staff nurse, clinical nurse specialist, manager, director, coordinator of leadership development, and nurse entrepreneur. He is a frequent national speaker on a variety of topics including leadership, change, quality improvement, teamwork, and working with emotionally difficult patients and families.Amanda Denno has been a nurse for 15 years with experience in critical care, case management, leadership, and nursing education. She earned an MSN, MBA, and EdD from the University of Phoenix. Amanda's dissertation work is on mentoring and educational leadership.
