All Virginia Department of Criminal Justice Services (DCJS) licensed private security services general instructors must complete and pass a mandatory, minimum 4-hour in-service training course. The course must be completed before the instructor submits a license renewal application. This course meets the training requirements as mandated by DCJS, (13i) Instructor Development In-Service.
