Hall co-founded and now manages a precious metals research facility near Atlanta. Hall holds a doctoral degree in Organizational Management, reflecting his research and focus on Formal Axiology and the study of human values and organizational ethics. He resides with his wife, Pam, and their three dogs in northern Georgia.
